Simple Steps to Sync a File to BlackBerry

Step 1 Connect your Blackberry to your computer with the BlackBerry USB data cable.

Step 2 Open the BlackBerry Desktop Software and Roxio Creator 2009

Click "Media Manager" from the main screen .

Step 3 Locate files you want to sync to Blackberry

Click on the "Folders" tab on the left panel to select the files on the folder that you want to sync to Blackberry.

Step 4 Select the aim folder on your Blackberry
